I haven't received an order confirmation?

How long does it take to process my refund?

Which payment methods can I use?

How do I use a discount code?

You can enter your discount code either in the cart or at checkout before completing your purchase. Make sure to check that your discount has been applied before making the payment.

No, it is only possible to use one discount code per purchase.

I purchased an item that is now on sale – can I get a refund for the difference?

If the item is discounted within 24 hours of your purchase during a sale, we can refund the difference. Please contact our customer service and have your order number ready.

Will you restock an out-of-stock item?

It varies, as we regularly update our range and some products may be discontinued. Please feel free to contact us to check if the item you're looking for will be restocked.
