THE ULTIMATE EYE LINER - WITH A TWIST, is a soft and precise eye liner with excellent and even colour pay-off. The sharpener is at the same end as the smudger, which can be pulled out.

For even more intense eyes, use THE ULTIMATE EYE LINER – WITH A TWIST. Draw a heavy line with THE ULTIMATE EYE LINER – WITH A TWIST making it thicker in the outer corner of the eye.
Use the smudger at the end of the eye liner to smudge it out. If applying dark eye shadow on top, the liner becomes a bit softer and will last longer.
